It's your business... you keep all the rebate and origination on your loan, we only charge you a $495 administration fee per closed loan, and this fee can be passed on to the borrower. It's that simple... just originate the loan, when the loan closes, send a copy package in, instruct title to forward the check and final closing statement to our Corporate office and we will cut you a check within 48 hrs.

You can work from your home office, lease a professional business office or you can work in our corporate offices, the choice is yours.

Are you worried about support? Not a problem, AHL is available Monday thru Fri. during normal working hours, we are here for you. Our company is here to help you grow and to support you as needed. AHL will make the transition from your current company smooth and discrete. AHL will walk you through every step of the way, until you are set up and fully functional, on average you’ll be originating with us within 24 hrs.

Don't want to process loans yourself? AHL has an excellent processing division with a unique approach! We have found through trial and error... that processors work much more effectively if they are paid a flat fee per loan, and only get paid if your loan closes, the difference is... our processing division (FASTRACK PROCESSING CENTER) works for you! You as the loan originator are the client of the processor, Fastrack Processing Center is in business to close your loan as fast and smooth as possible, or they don’t make a dime. You can process your loans yourself, or higher your own processor, and you can use any contract processor you desire, Fastrack Processing Center will lose you as a client if you are not happy, so they have an extremely high incentive to take care of you and your loans. Fastrack Processing Center is a division of AHL so you have a distinct advantage over all other mortgage companies, Fastrack Processing Center will take an application and setup sheet by fax or mail and they will process your loan from calyx point input to quality controlling the file and sending the file to AHL to start the commission check process.
