America's Home Loans keeps a small administration fee of just $495 per loan which can be charged to the borrower as an admin fee, or any other fee you would like to charge, as long as it is compliant.
AHL takes a .0016% accounting fee of all gross commissions which equals $16. per thousand dollars commission paid to you. This small fee helps to cover the cost of accounting, check fees, banking fees, etc.

That's it!!!! You keep the rest. You keep the rest of the origination, rebate and any fees you charge over and above the $495 administration fee. If you process the loan yourself... you can charge a processing fee which you keep for yourself.
